		<description>A lot of people feel Peanuts lost its mojo in the mid 1970s.  I think it was always brilliant but the earlier strips are definitely my favorites.  Times change but comic strips usually do not.  Peanuts was once extremely hip and timely.</description>

		<description>Funny thing about "Peanuts," I never read it until after Shultz died. I wanted to see what all the hubub was about. I see what I was missing but it can't compete with some of the newer, hipper strips. And you're right about it taking up space for new blood (or ink).</description>
